Returns
All sales are final EXCEPT for defective products. Defective products can only be replaced by the same title. If we don’t have the same product in stock, we can arrange the options of store credit or a backorder (if viable).
Defective games will be fixed by replacement of defective components or a full replacement at the publisher’s discretion. As part of our warranty, if the defect is considered a manufacturing or packing issue, we will cover shipping costs.
Please do not send back a product without notifying us first, or it will be returned to you via COD or destroyed without reimbursement.
Purchases
By purchasing any product from this website, you are authorizing Minds Vision LLC to charge your credit card for the full amount of your order. Any dispute of such charges will be considered fraud.
All products are in new, unused condition unless stated. Small imperfections might be present due to manufacturing, storing, handling, and shipping conditions.
You are verifying that you are at least 18 years of age and allowed, by law, to make this purchase or legally authorized by a parent or guardian about 18 years old.
All Limited stock items are strictly ONE PER CUSTOMER unless otherwise stated.
All “Backordered” or “Presale” items will be charged at the time of ordering and will ship when the products are available. No cancellations are accepted.
At our discretion, we may cancel any suspicious order or ship to the cardholder’s valid billing address in cases when the order is to be shipped to a 3rd party.
For pre-orders, all details, including pricing, artwork, size, weight, materials, and release date, are subject to change. We normally do not accept cancellations of preorders. All cancellations for any reason are refundable in store credit only
Due to various reasons, prices are subject to change. We are unable to adjust the price on previously purchased products should there be a price decrease after the sale.
Coupons cannot be used for prior or pending orders and are for regularly priced items. Certain other items may be excluded at our discretion
All coupons are subject to rules set forth by Minds Vision LLC at their sole discretion and can be changed and revoked at any time with no prior notice
All customs charges/taxes are solely the responsibility of the purchaser. Minds Vision LLC will never reimburse such charges. Due to licensing restrictions, some products can only be shipped to certain territories.
Any products confiscated by customs (for international customers) will be solely the responsibility of the purchaser. Minds Vision LLC will never refund money due to these circumstances.
Minds Vision LLC is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in the mail.
All sales are subject to local sales tax and other fees.

Payment information (which is processed through Stripe and other partners, including PayPal, Google, Apple, and Amazon Pay) and passwords (your PayPal and Amazon passwords are NEVER visible to us, and your Mind’s Vision account passwords are encrypted and not visible to us). We do not store any payment information on our servers.
Additionally, when you make an order on our website, we can access your IP address and anonymized Google Analytics, which assists us in helping make shopping at minds-vision.com as best as possible. This IP address is never sold or shared with anyone other than for these purposes.
Children’s Privacy:
Our site policy explicitly states we only sell to persons aged 18 or older; therefore, we never knowingly collect data from a minor or person under the age of 18. All persons presenting information to us should be over the age of 18 or are in violation of our store policies.
Personal data management:
Personal data is retained securely and indefinitely, and you may request that we delete your data at any time. Personal data refers to all items mentioned above, as well as order history.
You have the right to request access to your personal data, correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate, or deletion or restriction of your personal data at any time by contacting us using our contact form.
You can remove your email from our mailing list at any point by unsubscribing at the bottom of any email. This list is voluntary, and your subscription in no way affects your orders or information on our site.
